Prior to joining the firm, Nicole served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Pamela D’Arcy, J.S.C., a Judge in Children in Court, Family Part in Atlantic City, New Jersey. During her clerkship, Nicole handled a variety of litigation matters involving the New Jersey Division of Child Protection & Permanency, as well as matters involving child custody, visitation, child support, and more.
During her undergraduate program, Nicole worked with individuals on the Autism Spectrum where she supported, planned, and implemented appropriate social skill lessons. She also completed her student teaching requirement at a school for students with language-based learning disabilities. Nicole is passionate about using her personal experience and education background to advocate on behalf of clients who require special education programs.
Nicole received her law degree from Widener University Delaware Law School where she graduated Magna cum laude. In addition to her Juris Doctorate, Nicole graduated cum laude from Saint Joseph’s University where she holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary and Special Education and is a Certified Special Education Teacher.
She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar.
