The DDD (Division of Developmental Disabilities) Application Process
Andrew I. Meltzer, Esq. will provide an overview of the New JerseyDivision of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), the state agency whichcoordinates a continuum of services for adults with special needs age21 and older. Mr. Meltzer will present a step by step guide to assist families in the DDD application process. Andrew will also touch briefly onthe types of services DDD provides including but not limited to: TheCommunity Care Waiver, Residential Services, Funding for Family Caregivers, and Supported Employment Services. This presentation is a mustfor any family that has a child with a developmental disability that willnegatively impact his or her ability to live independently as an adult.
