Hannah Argul is a dedicated attorney specializing in special education law, with a strong commitment to advocating for families of children with special needs. Hannah obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Seton Hall University, where she gained valuable experience interning at ABA-based facilities, fostering her passion for supporting individuals with unique educational and developmental needs.
She continued her education at Rutgers Law School in Newark, NJ, where she earned her Juris Doctorate. During her time at Rutgers, Hannah spent a full year as an active participant in the Education and Health Law Clinic, where she honed her skills in addressing legal issues in special education and discovered her true passion—special education law.
After law school, Hannah worked at a non-profit organization in Hudson County, providing essential legal support to families facing housing insecurity before ultimately joining Sussan, Greenwald, and Wesler.
Now, as a special education attorney, Hannah is dedicated to leveraging her expertise to help families navigate the complexities of special education law, ensuring that children with special needs receive the appropriate support and resources they deserve. Hannah is passionate about making a positive difference in her clients’ lives and remains committed to advocating for the rights of children and families within the educational system.
